How much does a patio cover cost in Fort Worth?
Most insulated patio covers run $8,000–$15,000 depending on size and materials. Pergolas range $6K–$12K. Fully screened enclosures and custom aluminum structures can run $15K–$50K+. You get a written estimate after we measure your space — no surprises. We also offer 12 months same-as-cash financing, or 10% off with cash.
How long does it take to build?
Most patio cover and pergola projects take 3–7 business days. Larger enclosures or outdoor kitchens take longer. You get a firm timeline at the estimate — and we stick to it.

Yes. Most patio cover installations in Fort Worth require a building permit. We handle the entire permit process — application, inspections, and final sign-off. You don't have to deal with the city at all.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Our lifetime structural warranty covers the frame and structural integrity of every patio cover, pergola, and enclosure we build. We also include a 15-year paint & finish warranty. If something fails structurally, we fix it — period.
