Custom Patio Covers & Pergolas in Grapevine, TX

We've been building patios, covers, and pergolas across the DFW area since 2019 through our PergolaGuy patio & pergola division. CertiPro is the bigger brand, and we also handle bathroom remodeling, flooring, and full home renovations. So if your project grows, you don't need a second contractor. One team, one warranty, one call.

It depends on size, materials, and style. A basic insulated patio cover starts around $8,000–$15,000; custom aluminum pergolas and screened enclosures run higher. We give you a written estimate after seeing your space. No surprise charges after the fact.

Most patio cover and pergola projects in our range take 3–7 business days to complete, depending on size and complexity. We give you a firm timeline at the estimate, and we stick to it.

Our own crew builds every patio cover we sell. The crew that gives you the estimate is the crew that builds your patio. That's how we control quality and stand behind the 5-year workmanship warranty we give every customer.

Yes. Most patio cover installations in Grapevine require a building permit. We handle the whole permit process: application, inspections, and final sign-off. You don't have to deal with the city at all.

Yes. We offer 12 months same-as-cash financing on projects $8,000 and up, or you can take 10% off with a cash payment. We'll walk through your options at the estimate.

Every patio cover, pergola, and enclosure we build comes with our 5-Year Workmanship Warranty. We also transfer the Alumawood Limited Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty — and any other manufacturer warranties, such as Equinox — to you, with the paperwork at completion. The lifetime coverage is Alumawood's warranty on the product itself.
