Hardwood, LVP, tile, carpet, refinishing. Our crew installs — never subbed out. 2-year workmanship warranty on every job.
Hardwood, LVP, tile, carpet, laminate, refinishing. You don't need four different installers for a full-home flooring project. One estimate, one crew, one timeline — and the same faces on day one and day three.
Floor replacement touches every room it runs through. Unlike a bathroom remodel contained to one space, a flooring project often covers the kitchen, dining room, living room, and hallway in a single pour. That means transitions matter, consistency across the whole floor matters, and a plank laid wrong in one room affects the look in the next.
We plan the layout before we cut anything. You see where the material will land relative to your doorways, cabinets, and walls before a single board goes down. The result looks intentional — not like it was measured on a bad day.
Fort Worth's climate is also a real factor. The temperature range from hard freeze to 105° in July affects how flooring expands and contracts. Solid hardwood requires acclimation and appropriate gapping at walls. LVP is dimensionally stable across our temperature swings and is generally a better fit for rooms with direct Texas sun. We'll tell you which holds up in your specific home, not just what's popular.
Refinishing costs roughly a third of replacement and can completely transform a room. Sand, stain to your color spec, finish coats. Most refinishing projects are complete in two to three days.

The crew that estimates is the crew that installs. No day laborers, no handoffs to strangers.
If the installation has an issue within two years — gaps, lippage, lifting — we come back and fix it.

We come to your home, look at the actual space and subfloor, measure accurately, and quote based on real conditions — not a phone-call guess.
We walk you through options that fit your space, your household, and your budget. LVP vs. hardwood vs. tile is a real decision — we give honest guidance, not just what sells.
Our crew installs. We plan layout before cutting, handle furniture, protect adjacent rooms, and don't rush to hit a schedule at your expense.
We inspect every transition, seam, and edge together before we call it done. If something isn't right, it gets fixed before we leave.
"We replaced carpet and old tile through our entire downstairs — kitchen, living room, dining room, and two hallways. CertiPro gave us one price for the whole project and did it all in four days. The transitions between the tile and LVP in the kitchen look seamless."
Fort Worth, TX"We had hardwood in the main living area that we thought we'd have to replace. CertiPro came out, looked at it, and told us refinishing would get us another 15 years out of the floors and cost about a third of replacement. They were right. Two days later the floors look better than they did when we bought the house."

LVP starts at $4 per sq ft installed. Hardwood starts at $8 per sq ft installed — the final cost depends on species, finish, and subfloor condition. Tile and refinishing are priced per project. We publish starting prices because you deserve a ballpark before calling. You get a firm number at the free in-home estimate.
A standard single-room installation is typically one day. A full downstairs open floor plan — 800 to 1,200 sq ft — runs two to three days depending on material and complexity. Floor refinishing on existing hardwood takes two to three days including drying time between finish coats. We give you a specific timeline at the estimate, not a vague window.
Flooring installs typically book 2-3 weeks out during spring. Summer and fall tend to have more availability. We give you a real start date at the estimate — not a 'we'll see.' If you have a hard deadline, tell us at the estimate and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
Yes. We inspect the subfloor before installation. Any leveling, repair, or moisture barrier work is scoped and included in the estimate so there are no surprises after demo day. Solid hardwood has specific subfloor requirements over concrete — we assess and advise before anything gets ordered.
For most jobs yes — included. We protect adjacent rooms, move what needs moving, and put it back when the floor is done. Large pieces like pianos or pool tables are the exception — ask during the estimate and we will give you a straight answer.
